Laurels Reunion

Back in Junior and Senior year of High School, there were 6 friends. Strong in the Gospel and were involved in everything together! What fun we had!! Then, graduation came, some of us left for BYU, others stayed and went to college....all of a sudden, it's been 34 years!! Lot's of changes--marriages (sometimes multiple), children (or not), illnesses, lots of challenges that faces us all---and still we came together and are still sisters in the Gospel! No matter what we had been through so far, we have not relenquished our love for each other! What a fun reunion we had! Lots of pictures and reminiscing! Remember this? Remember her? Almost all of us need glasses now and between us we have a lot of grandchildren! Who would have thought all those years ago, we would be here, sharing the good and bad times. Thank you, sisters!

OK, wow I haven’t checked out your blog in way too long. How fun all the posts are. Hooray for Bob’s retirement – we are jealous. Where did those curly locks come from? Her daddy? And, just a little news flash – next time you get the urge to bake, whether on Wednesday ort any other day, give me a heads up. You know I am only a few miles down the road and not at all opposed to taking a drive. Especially if there is yummy food involved. Col Flowers! How beautiful – Where?

Hi stranger! (not really~) How have you been? What have you been doing??
I loved on your blog all the pics!! Made me cry at Blakes graduation. Loved the pics of the dude ranch!
Yes, Hailey gets her blond hair from Alex and her curls from his mom. So cute!! Although she will probably hate them when she is a teen--they all hate their hair--whatever it is, don't they?
The flowers were from the botanical gardens in Fort Bragg. Lorrie Doyle and I went there for a quick over-nighter. Sooo pretty! Well, write soon and take care! Come up!! Haven't seen you since June! Love, Shelly
